Full Time Service Technician
Primary Responsibilities:
-
5+ years of experience in the pool industry
-
Available Monday - Friday
-
Must have a valid driver’s license
-
Evaluate, troubleshoot, and perform all pool maintenance duties including cleanings, spring openings, winterizations, and water chemistry issues.
-
Repair, replace, and install all swimming pool-related equipment and components, including, but not limited to, pumps, filters, heaters, liners, and automatic covers.

Assist in the construction of inground swimming pools when needed.

Communicate and educate clients on work that is, and needs to be performed and keep proper, updated client records.

Maintain a neat and professional appearance, and be responsible with inventory, tools, service vehicles, and all company property.

Take initiative and responsibility to perform work to the highest standard, take advantage of learning and growth opportunities, and support other staff when needed.

Oversee service team.
Pool Construction Crew Member
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Support of the other crew members to create the homeowners’ vision for their dream pool
-
Assist in any necessary dirt work, pool kit assembly, and concrete pouring and finishing
-
Contribute a hard work-ethic that supports our vision of providing unbeatable, high-quality work for the clients

Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly

Enjoy working outside in all conditions

Desire to learn new skills through self-learning and offered educational opportunities

Strong ability to manage time and be dependable
-
Adapt to changes made in the original plans for a build or any unforeseen issues in the process

Collaborate with other crew members, Jake, Rob, Sarah, homeowners’, and others working on the project (ie. landscape companies)
Preffered Abilities:

Ability to operate heavy equipment
-
Experience in concrete finishing
